The Offer Up Praise Ministries-Africa was established in February 2006 as a direct
inspiration from God and through the divine connection of Tracie Morgan and Minister Jesse Y.

To date, thanks to the assistance and support of individuals, local & international organizations,
Offer Up Praise - Africa has helped hundreds of children and adults. Programs have been initiated
and geared toward promoting proper worship services, conducting seminars and workshops for
worship and church leaders. It has organized crusades, revivals, and evangelism (outreach) programs
to hospitals, clinics, prison compounds, markets, and other public places as well as on public
buses. It includes a children’s ministry and a scholarship program.
Since it's inception, Grace International Church has been established in Monrovia, here many souls
have received salvation and the commission continues.

The mission of Offer Up Praise Ministries is to train praisers, church leaders, and ministers for
effective ministry work and offer material assistance to orphans, needy, elderly and
less fortunate.
Vision of OUPM
The vision of OUPM is to see trained worship & praise leaders, Christian leaders, church workers
and also the economic empowerment of the less fortunate, orphans, and the needy and
finally, to offer spiritual, moral and material assistance to them.
